Saint Michael and All Angels, the Episcopal Church on Sanibel Island, welcomes all who come to visit us.  We strive to offer everyone who attends one of our services a warm welcome, and we promise you will experience hospitality both in these pages and when you visit us.  Our red doors to the church are open twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week for you attend a service, for quiet prayer or for spiritual meditation.  Please join us on a regular basis or whenever you feel the need for spiritual refreshment.

As a visitor you are invited to participate in the exciting life of our church community, particularly in worship and the Adult Forums which are held in season between the 8:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. Sunday services.  If you decide to move from being a welcomed guest to becoming a member of our church family, please know that we will enthusiastically welcome you.  We currently have members from over half of the states and they include many different Christian denominations.  We welcome all persons to membership who wish to make Saint Michael's their spiritual home while they are here on Sanibel be it as a seasonal or a year-round member.

If you have special needs such as a baptism, confirmation, marriage or wish to consult a priest, please do not hesitate to let us know by calling the Church Office.

Our Parish Growth/Newcomers Commission's mission is to greet you, give you a name tag, and if your schedule permits, to accompany you to the coffee reception following the service to introduce you to others and help you feel welcome and comfortable here.
