Children and Youth

Saint Michael's welcomes children of all ages to participate in our worship services. Children are invited to take a red tote bag as they enter the sanctuary. The bags contain child-friendly versions of each week's scriptural lessons, along with crayons. Children can also adopt a pet plush lamb to take care of during the service.

We also offer an exciting Children's Room for use during services and other church programs. Children through elementary ages will find toys, puppets, puzzles, and books to enjoy. Several crafts are available with instructions so children can make a necklace, construct a puzzle of a Biblical scene, create a cross, and more. Our Children's Room also includes a video and audio monitor of the service so parents and adults can continue to participate in worship while using the room. Children are encouraged to join the service during the passing of the peace in order to receive a blessing or communion.
